In our Infant program, there is no daily schedule, the care is customized to the individual child’s routine at home. We are very big on communication with parents and will accommodate any sleep programs or specifications that parents may have. We will also provide tips and tricks to those parents who may be struggling to find what works, as all of our Infant/Toddler programs have at least one specialized Infant/Toddler Educator and an Early Childhood Educator at all times, so they are very well educated and experienced. We also maintain a 4:1 minimum of child to caregiver ratio in all Infant/Toddler programs. All our infants participate in sensory based art projects and outside time daily, as well as occasionally go for walks in our quad strollers to explore the neighborhood. We also try to incorporate the use of Baby sign language to help encourage communication skills.
While we typically have an open door policy, due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have had to temporarily suspend this and have implemented the use of the HiMama app in all of our under 3 programs to keep communication open and give parents and guardians an insight into their child’s day.
